Crescent Lighting Shipping Policy


At Crescent Lighting, we prioritize delivering high-quality LED products to your doorstep with a smooth shipping experience. Below is our shipping policy outlining the processes, terms, and conditions associated with shipping, returns, and credit notes.

1. Shipping Locations

– We ship across India to tier 1, tier 2, tier 3, and tier 4 cities.

– International shipping is unavailable, though special requests may be considered. Please contact us for more information.

2. Shipping Charges

-Domestic Shipping: Free standard shipping for orders above ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, a flat-rate shipping fee applies.

-Bulk Orders: Special shipping rates may apply for bulk purchases. Contact our sales team for details.

3. Shipping Time

-Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on location.

-Express Shipping: Available on request at an additional cost, with delivery within 3-5 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. You can track the shipment using the provided tracking number.

5. Delivery Delays

Unforeseen events such as strikes, holidays, or natural calamities may delay delivery. We will keep you updated if such situations arise.

6. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

7. Order Verification

To prevent fraud, order verification may be required for first-time customers. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate for a smooth process.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

-Damaged Products: Report damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving them, along with photos. We will replace or refund upon verification.

-Lost Shipments: If the tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order, contact us immediately.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. Shipping charges are non-refundable for canceled orders.

10. Returns and Refunds

-Discontinued or Special Price Items: Will not be accepted for returns.

-Used Goods: Products that have been used or taken out of display will not be taken back.

-Sellable Condition: Returns are only accepted for goods in sellable condition.

-Damaged Packaging: If outer or inner boxes are damaged, the cost will be debited to RD/DD.

-Re-stickering: A 2% charge of the credit note value will be debited to RD/DD.

-Discount Adjustments: Discounts provided at invoice time will be reduced from the credit note value.

-Unloading and Transportation Costs: Unloading and transportation costs in cases of No Door Delivery will be debited to RD/DD. Any transportation cost paid during the initial invoice will also be debited.

11. Credit and Debit Notes

-Product Value: The credit note will be based on the billed value or current value, whichever is lower.

– Branding/Scheme Policy: Credit note issued under any scheme or branding policy will be debited.

– Final Settlement: Credit and debit notes will be issued only after confirmation from RD/DD. Upon issuing the credit note, no further claims for goods returns will be accepted. Any market replacements will be handled by our executives via another distributor.

– Freight Charges: RD/DD must prepay the freight for returned goods. Discuss with our Logistics team for potential reductions in return freight costs before dispatch.
